Perfume "pens" are $25, regardless of material.
The "pen" works similiar to a magic marker- it has a soft foam wick inside & a hard felt-tip. The tip is immersed in cologne (using a small shot glass works great for atomizer perfumes!) & the cologne is wicked up & into the soft inner foam. If the tip seems dry -- you simply re-fill it again!
Complete instructions are included. Applicators are packaged in a handmade pillow or triangular box- perfect for gift-giving!
