Shipping, including insurance, is $6.00 for each pen. Depending on pen size, multiple pens may be shipped for the same price.  Desk sets will have a higher rate, depending on zip code and insurance value.

We do take Paypal, personal checks, cashiers checks and money orders.  For those who do not have a Paypal account, we do take credit cards via Propay.  We can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Details for Propay credit card payments will be given upon request. 

Any pen can be made in any material or kit that you see on our site.  Drop us a line and we'll be glad to do a special order for you!  Custom orders can take 2-4 weeks, depending on availability of materials requested.  Check the "Custom Order" page for your options and order form.

We try to keep the site updated regularly with "sold" signs- so please inquire first before sending a payment to insure availability.  With few exceptions, even "Sold" pens can be replicated, although it will differ from the photograph shown.  EACH pen IS unique!

ALL our pens are guaranteed!!  If a pen is damaged through regular use, we will replace or repair.  The only exception will be abuse of pens-- special care DOES need to be taken for fine writing instruments.
